"I think a lot of the kids between the ages of 8 and 12 who are into so-called tagging really have a lot of artistic talent but they’re using it in a destructive or non-productive manner. I think a lot of these kids have a lot of talent when they write on the walls. You can see it but they’re using it in a bad way."
